Scrapbook Terms and Conditions
To support the launch of "every child has the right", we are giving you the opportunity to create a virtual scrapbook.
1. The scrapbook registration is to be completed by the parent or legal guardian of the child(s). This person will be known as The Registrar.
2. The Registrar will need to enter their personal details – first name, surname and email – and create a password online in order to have a valid registration for the scrapbook.
3. Registration must be completed by an adult. The Registrar is asked to confirm that they are 18 years and over. The Promoter cannot accept liability for registrations from children under the age of 18 years.
4. The Registrar will also be required to enter the details of their child’s(s) – first name, surname – and create a password online to create a login for the scrapbook.
5. All valid registrations will receive an email detailing and confirming the registration and login details of The Registrar and The Child(s).
6. The Promoter will not share the registration details or the login details of The Child with any third parties.
7. The Promoter will hold no responsibility if The Registrar or The Child shares the login details and password with any other person, or if any other person (other than The Registrar or The Child(s)) is in receipt of the login details and password.
8. The scrapbook will only be made available for view to Authorised users.
9. Authorised users are: The Registrar, The Child(s), the nominated friends you have selected to view your scrapbook.
10. The Promoter will not be responsible for who the child nominates as ‘authorised users’
11. All content uploaded must comply with our terms on Uploading Material and Acceptable use policy
12. By uploading information and photos you are deemed to have accepted this website's terms of use, acceptable use policy Unilever legal terms and conditions and these scrapbook rules.
13. By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the consent of the owners of any intellectual property rights in the photos, and of any identifiable persons featured in the photo for the photo to be featured on your scrapbook in the manner contemplated in this activity.
